About the Program

We are excited to offer this partnership between the Holy Spirit After-School program and Indy NiHao Mandarin. The After-School program is designed to provide an introduction to the Chinese language as well as provide an engaging experience for your children. 

Class Objectives

For this class, we would like your children to learn and begin to speak Chinese words from the following topics:

• Greetings
• Introductions
• Numbers
• Family

We will also be introducing cultural activities unique to China that will help reinforce your child's learning from the above topics. These cultural activities include:

• Chinese Calligraphy
• Chinese Shadow Puppets
